We value you! Here are some invaluable tidbits....
Going into our third year in 2016, we have established a diligent stance on providing a grass-fed only beef product. Cattle are designed to eat grass; their rumen is specifically created to break down raw grass and forage and properly digest, absorbing all the naturally occurring nutrients. Humans cannot properly process raw grass & forage, and we believe it's by God's design that we consume the animals that can. Grass-fed animals are healthier, happier animals. The producing herds live longer lives and maintain healthier weights. Happy animals make wholesome beef products, and we invite you to join us in learning more about the grass-fed alternative by clicking here! We are proud to serve you and your family BETTER BEEF BY DIVINE DESIGN!
Because we feel very strongly about utilizing every part of our finished cattle, we naturally preserve and finish horns & skulls for collectors. Our inventory of skulls varies and there are many stages of the finishing process! Contact us directly for more information on our current finished skull inventory. In 2016, we are experimenting with jewelry made from horn & bone material. We look forward to offering a diverse collection of items to reach those who appreciate the Texas Longhorn as much as we do!

Did you know that you can freeze eggs? Have you ever had just to many eggs and not sure what to do with them. Well..freeze them. Its simple and only takes a few minutes. All you will need is your eggs..and a washed and dried ice cube tray.. make sure they are clean and dry. Just fill your ice cube tray with your cracked eggs putting one egg in one cube and freeze over night. In the morning..empty the ice cube trays with your eggs in them..placing the eggs into freezer bags..and wa la..you have just frozen your extra eggs. Now when you are ready to use your frozen eggs..take how ever many eggs you need out of the freezer bag..place them in a bowl..and let them defrost naturally over night in the fridge. Then cook or bake as usual. You can also freeze uncooked scrambled eggs. Scramble your eggs..pour them into a freezer bag..seal and mark how many eggs are in the bag..with the date..and freeze. Then again when you are ready to use them..let them defrost in the fridge over night. Remember frozen eggs are good for up to one yr from your freezing date..so mark your bags with the date you froze them. Happy Freezing! ~Submitted by DLyn Hall, Corryton, TN
